**We have an exciting opportunity to work in our care home in Bridlington to enhance the lives of our residents by providing person centred meaningful activities.**

**Alderson House is situated on the sea front with amazing views out to sea and across the seaside town Bridlington.**

**We are looking for a person who has already had proven experience working as a Human Resources Co-Ordinator. You will be required to assist managers with safe recruitment, training, inductions, adherence to CQC regulations, supervisions, maintaining employment trackers, producing reports. You must be personable have good written and communication skills, have good attention to detail, knowledge of practices and regulations relating to confidentiality and ACAS codes of conduct. We operate two care home, Alderson House, Bridlington and Glenfields Care Home Bridlington.**

Glenfields Care Home is a family run business and we pride ourselves on delivering person centered care to the highest standards and adopt a strength based approach to care. We provide care and support to the elderly and to anyone over the age of 18 and work in partnership with the NHS and East Riding of Yorkshire Council. We are one of the very first companies in the UK to operate in collaborative way.

**Salary**: From £12.00 per hour

Expected hours: 36 - 40 per week
