9am to 5pm Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week - potentially working from home 2-3 days and 2 days in the office until we move to our new Office HQ in Livingston in October 2023.

**About us**: As Central Scotland’s Premier Roofing company for Homeowners, we offer an unrivalled service to our customers with our dedicated departments to support our customers every step of the way. Our departments include Customer Care, Operations, Sales and Scheduling.

Due to our continued growth, we are now seeking an experienced and driven Executive Assistant to provide secretarial and administrative support to our Director team who have three businesses: Taylor Roofs, Taylor Solar and Taylor Talks Trade podcast.

You must be/have:

- At least 3 years experience within an Executive PA/Office Management position
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- The ability to manage the mailbox of the Managing Director and take action accordingly
- Maintain strict confidentiality and use your discretion at all times
- Ability to manage the Directors diary and prepare any work required in advance of any scheduled meetings
- Experience of arranging meetings, managing calendars, and preparing and distributing the relevant minutes and paperwork following the meeting
- The ability to plan and coordinate various meetings and projects
- Strong analytical skills with an advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
- An eagerness to learn and develop your knowledge and skills
- Proven ability to work to tight deadlines and timescales
- Have a valid UK driving licence.

**The role will include**:

- Working directly with high level employees and always sustaining a level of professionalism
- Arranging meetings on behalf of the Managing Director and provide any relevant communication and paperwork to the meeting delegates in advance of the scheduled meeting or event
- Producing agendas for meetings, taking minutes at meetings and actioning follow ups accordingly from the meetings
- Producing reports on excel at advanced level (including presenting information in graph format)
- Preparing and producing varied documents at advanced level including Powerpoint
- Diary management
- Preparing travel arrangements as required
- Screening and directing calls on behalf of the Director team
- Creating and maintaining positive and professional relationships with others - specifically building relationships with our podcast guests and researching their backgrounds in preparation for their podcast interview.
- Handling sensitive and confidential information with the utmost professionalism and always maintaining confidentiality.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to £30,000.00 per year
