Job Overview: We are seeking a skilled Line Cook to join our culinary team. As a Line Cook, you will be responsible for assisting in meal preparation and ensuring the smooth operation of our kitchen. Duties: - Prepare ingredients for cooking, such as chopping vegetables, cutting meat, and gathering spices - Assist in cooking and plating dishes according to established recipes and standards - Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure timely and efficient food preparation - Follow food safety guidelines and maintain cleanliness in the kitchen area - Monitor food inventory and communicate any shortages or discrepancies - Assist in receiving and storing food supplies - Maintain a clean and organized work station Skills: - Strong culinary skills with knowledge of various cooking techniques - Experience in meal preparation in a fast-paced kitchen environment - Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines - Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices - Excellent teamwork and communication skills - Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays If you have a passion for cooking and enjoy working in a dynamic restaurant environment, we would love to hear from you.
