Overview:
To undertake the minuting of child protection case conferences and complex
strategy meetings and to note-take a variety of other meetings when required.
**Responsibilities**:
- Attend meetings and take accurate and concise meeting minutes
- Record discussions, decisions, and action items during meetings
- Prepare and distribute meeting minutes to participants in a timely manner
- Maintain an organized system for filing and archiving meeting minutes
- Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, organizing documents, and managing calendars
- Answer phone calls and provide excellent phone etiquette when interacting with stakeholders
- Provide general clerical support to the team as needed
**Skills**:
- Strong administrative skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent organizational skills to maintain accurate records of meeting minutes
- Proficient in data entry and attention to detail to ensure accuracy in documentation
- Familiarity with office equipment and procedures
- Knowledge of QuickBooks or similar accounting software is a plus
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision
**Job Type**: Temporary contract
Contract length: 3 months
Pay: £12.80 per hour
Expected hours: 37 per week
