**We have a range of opportunities for you to join our award-winning team on a seasonal basis, providing fabulous holidays for our guests.**

**We can be flexible with hours but due to the nature of our industry all the roles will include a combination of weekends and evenings.**

**You will need your own transport (feet, bike or car) and be able to reach our rural location (1 mile west of Chickerell on the B3157 coast road).**

**Seasonal vacancies**:
**Roles for immediate start, through until beginning of November**:
**- Pizza chef**

**- Breakfast cook**

**- Short order cook**

**- Bar staff**

**- Waiting staff / kitchen assistant**

**Roles required during summer school holidays**:
**- Shop assistant**

**18+ pay from £11.45 per hour.**
- Pizza chef_
- Duties include preparation and cooking of pizzas to order, delivering food to customers, clean down of area after food service finishes and general assistance in the kitchen as required.
- Shifts would be during the evenings, from around 4.45pm until approximately 9.30pm.
- Breakfast cook_
- Duties include preparation and cooking of breakfasts, delivering food to customers, clean down of area after food service finishes and general assistance in the kitchen as required.
- Shifts from Friday - Monday 8.30am - 11.30am.
- Short order cook_
- Duties include the preparation and cooking of short order meals including chilli, burgers, lasagne etc, delivering food to customers, clean down of area after food service finishes and assisting the manager with stock ordering. The ability to cope in a high paced environment will be an advantage.
- Assisting with menu and pricing decisions.
- Breakfast and evening shifts are available; breakfast shifts would be approximately 8.45am - 11.30am, and evening shifts approximately 4.45pm - 9.30pm.
- Bar staff (over-18s only)_
- Duties include providing exemplary customer service to our guests, stock replenishment and assisting the manager with stock ordering, maintaining cleanliness of front of house areas and assisting other areas as required. The ability to cope in a high paced environment will be an advantage.
- Breakfast and evening shifts are available; breakfast shifts would be approximately 8.45am - 11.30am, and evening shifts approximately 4.45pm - 10.30pm.
- Waiting staff / kitchen assistant_
- Duties include supporting the kitchen and bar teams with delivering food to customers and collecting empties, maintaining cleanliness during and after shifts and providing exemplary customer service.
- Breakfast and evening shifts are available; breakfast shifts would be approximately 8.45am - 11.30am, and evening shifts approximately 4.45pm - 10.00pm.
- Shop assistant_
- Shop tasks include (but not limited to) unpacking and pricing orders, refilling shelves as items sell, tidying and cleaning both during and at the end of your shift, greeting customers and providing information on the local area and serving on the till where needed.
- Typical shifts during school holidays would be from 8 or 8.30 am until around 3pm or from around 3pm until 10pm. Up to 5 shifts a week at this time plus part-time/occasional hours in June and July at weekends and on stock delivery days. We usually aim to set the rota before the school holidays so the sooner you're able to let us know about times you're unavailable the easier it'll be for us to incorporate this. The rota usually works on a 2-week rotation so that you get the opportunity to work both morning and afternoon shifts.
- Overall we're looking for a friendly person who is reliable, good at time-keeping and able to work on their own initiative when required.
