**Roles and Responsibilities**:
As a Teaching Assistant, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the development of pupils. Your responsibilities will include:
- Team up with educators to shape and execute captivating lesson plans.
- Set the stage for learning, preparing, and restoring the classroom’s magic.
- Offer extra support to students with unique needs, making every child feel like a superstar.
- Keep tabs on student progress and relay insights to teachers, ensuring each young mind reaches for the starts.
- Be the cheerleader, the motivator, the spark that ignites students’ passion for learning.
