Personal Care Worker

I am 10 years old and want to find a fun loving person who can support me to enjoy social activities (and give my mum a break from caring).

I am lively, love dancing and playing imaginative games (like with my play kitchen) and going to the park.

I don’t have great verbal communication, but I use signs and can make myself understood.

I love dancing and playing and going to the park and want someone who is fun, energetic and keen to play with me. I am generally well behaved, but I can be a bit stubborn at times and I will then sit down and refuse to move, so you will need to have patience, but also to be firm when needed.

I am able to use the toilet very well, but sometimes need a bit of help with personal hygiene, and also I occasionally wear pull ups when I go out and about, if there is not easy access to toilet facilities, so you may need to help change this.

You don’t have to be able to drive as there are lots of parks near my house, but if you do, we can always go to lots of different places.

Hours: 4 in term time, 8 in school holidays

Rate of Pay: £10 per hour, 5.6 weeks paid holiday, access to pension scheme
