**Responsibilities**:
As Client Care Consultant you will play a crucial role in our sales team. Your responsibilities will include:

- Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, ensuring they receive concise and thorough updates continuously.
- Delivering regluar market updates and property performance reports
- Liaising between buyers, solicitors and sellers on a daily basis
- Managing negotiations between buyers and sellers
- Booking and hosting viewings
- Collaborating with team members to ensure smooth and succesful property transactions

**Requirements**:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A driven and target focused atittude to work
- Strong negotiation skills
- I high level of organisation and independance

Job role: Full Time

**Salary**: £22,000 -£24,000 basic. £30,000 OTE

Schedule: 5 days per week. 1 Saturday in every 4 weeks

Multiple commission structures

Pension included

Experience is not neccersary but preferred.

Driving licence is required
