The post holder will be educated to GCSE grade C in Maths and English or equivalent. Possess 5 GCSE grade A-C. NVQ Level 2/3 or equivalent in Administration and have a minimum 2 years experience of working within an administration role. NHS experience would be an advantage. To work closely with the Team Managers to provide a high level of administration support to the Team. To monitor the teams caseload to ensure all mandatory elements have been completed. To monitor/update various data sources to ensure accuracy. To collate and record information required by the service. To support with Meeting agenda's, invites and minutes. To ensure resources and supplies for the team are replenished and ordered within a timely manner. To monitor BI reports for KPI compliance and highlight and rectify any errors. To use the RIO system to discharge patients and upload required documents. To support the Team/Service with pilots, projects and audits. To assist with recording of NHSP shifts and work with Team Mangers on staffing levels and covering shifts. To answer calls to the team and take messages or divert to the relevant person.
