**Job Description** Lifeways Group is looking for Support Workers/Carers for both **Full** and **Part Time** vacancies in the Raunds area.
We don’t require experience as full training is provided but we are looking for enthusiastic and self-motivated individuals who want to make a difference to the lives of the people we support.
We require dedicated Individuals to work in our supported living services supporting adults with learning disabilities, autism and autistic spectrum disorders, complex needs, mental health issues and challenging behaviours in all aspects of their daily lives.
Working hours are on a shift pattern rota basis including some weekend working and **some**roles may include sleep-ins (sleep-ins are paid as a separate payment per sleep in) or waking nights.
