**Business Development Manager - Complex Homecare**

**Southwest England**

**£50,000 - £55,000 per year plus bonus and car allowance**

TRC have joined forces with a new but highly reputable complex care provider in the Southwest of England to find an experienced Business Development Manager.

The purpose of the position will be to lead and deliver new business within the complex care division.

**Brief overview of duties**:

- To work with the senior management team to define strategic approach and develop an effective business development/sales strategy tailored to individual markets.
- To create an effective formula for costing and managing complex packages of care with the ability to provide evidence of costs and budgets as required by clients.
- To create effective and lasting relationships with all stakeholders; in particular NHS CCG teams and also Case Management businesses.
- To develop relationships with the Nursing teams to support the growth in existing and new areas.
- To understand all elements of regulations, compliance & risk assessments involved in new potential new business opportunities.
- To manage own time and diary to effectively to meet the project deadlines, including making a minimum number of sales/client visits per week and achieving a set of necessary KPI’s.
- To support the implementation of packages quickly and effectively, as and when they are won.
- To deliver agreed business plan
- To seek out and lead on all tender responses

**The right person must have**:

- A minimum of 3 years management experience delivering services in the healthcare sector.
- Proven experience of delivering sales and developing business.
- Ability to effectively manage time and projects.
- Ability to deliver targets.
- Full clean driving license and the ability to travel as the role requires.
- Clean DBS.
