We are looking to recruit a Void Property Steels Operative with a driving licence The position is a field role and will involve visiting various properties in and around Wakefield

The role is to secure void properties within the Wakefield area, the job requires work inside and outside in all type of weather, initially, providing 24hr steel security and maintenance as per assigned jobs

We’re looking for someone reliable, friendly, self-motivated, hard

Skills Required:

- Physically fit to be able to lift and carry metal screens and doors
- Must be able to climb ladders and work at heights
- Ability to communicate at all levels
- Full valid driving licence
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to manage a fluctuating workload
- Good problem-solving skills
- Ability to work well under pressure
- Knowledge of Word, Excel, Outlook and Microsoft packages
- Observance with all company policies and procedures

This is on a temp to perm basis, working 8.30am-5.30pm Mon-Fri, hours may vary slightly so you need to be flexible, pay rate is £10.42ph with an enhanced rate paid for over 40hrs per week.
