Do you currently work as a Workshop Supervisor, looking for an exciting new role.

Our client is going through a huge period of growth and are rapidly expanding their management team overseeing all workshop-based engineers.

As a Workshop Supervisor, you will be overseeing a full engineer team to ensure excellent level of quality and high levels of health & safety.

This role will be suitable for someone who has worked with vehicles and machinery to include, HGV, LGV, Trucks, Buses, Coaches, Fork Lifts, Platforms, Cranes and/or agricultural machinery.

**Principle Responsibilities for the Workshop Supervisor: -**
- You will be responsible for completing timesheets and service reports accurately.
- Managing a large service and parts engineering team.
- Ensuring vehicles is supplied with the correct stock.
- Working with Brake systems, IC engines, Hydraulics and Electrics.
- Assisting to Diagnose, Maintain and Service equipment.
- Responsible for the workshop environment and housekeeping.
- Monitor Overtime.
- Be a representative for customers providing first class customer services while on site.
- Develop processes within the workshop to improve efficiency.

**Person specification: -**
- Previous experience working with Vehicles, Machinery or motorised handling equipment.
- Ability to diagnose issues and repair either mechanical or electrical components.
- Able to work as part of a team.
- Self-Motivated, Proactive.
- Positive attitude and good work ethic.
- Good organisation skills
- Ability to manage and plan time critical work.

This is a full time permanent Workshop Supervisor position, Monday to Friday, offering an annual salary of £26,000 - £30,000 DOE and annual company benefits to include 30 days holiday, pension scheme.
