**Construction Planner**

I am delighted to be working with a leading construction company who are seeking for a Construction Planner to join their successful team on a full-time basis.

Why client works on a variety of different projects including, Residential, Hotels, and Office Schemes throughout the UK and Ireland.

**Reporting into the Head of Planning you will.**
- Attend regular site visits to assist the team with the planning function.
- Work with internal teams to convert bid Programmes to Delivery Programmes for new projects.
- Work with the Project team to develop action plans
- Assist with the development of monthly progress reports.
- Present information for internal meetings on the project.
- Control and record programme revisions.
- Assist with the completion of detailed design and procurement programmes and information release schedules.
- Monitor critical activities of the project programme advising the project team of areas of concern and improvements.
- Participate in project meetings and discussions with the Client as required.
- Liaise with Subcontractors and suppliers to organise the phases of the construction development.
- Other adhoc duties

**About you**
- +2 years experience in a similar role
- Construction Qualification Preferred.
- Experience with Asta Power Project would be an advantage
