Full time Administrator required by an Accountancy firm located in Heathfield with immediate start.

This varied role will involve providing assistance in areas such as office administration, secretarial, telephone/reception duties and supporting the tax department on a full time basis of 37.5 hours per week.

We are looking for someone who is experienced, organised and pro-active, a good communicator and understands the principles of working in a team, but who can also use their own initiative and work independently. You should have excellent attention to detail, the ability to prioritise tasks as well as the ability to multitask, strong communication skills and an excellent telephone manner. Ideally you will have a background in working in an accountants and have good secretarial, administration computer skills including Word, Excel and Sage, although some training will be provided in house.

You would be working with a loyal, professional, fun and committed team who are all great believers in work-life balance.

- Good knowledge of Microsoft: Word, Outlook, Excel
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
