Here at Howells, we are looking for a HR Business Partner to join an award winning Bank based in Manchester.

As the HR Business Partner, you will play a key part in the business's success, helping leaders get the best from their people and holding leaders to account for the culture and environment their colleagues work in. You will play a key role in Talent Development, capability building and strengthening the business culture to drive long-term sustainable growth.

**Desirable/Essential Criteria**:

- Extensive experience of acting as a true Business Partner, working with multiple stakeholder groups and a focus on acting as a trusted advisor to senior leaders.
- Experience of organisation design and development activities, with capability to support and influence senior leaders in a rapidly changing environment.
- Ability to build relationships and gain credibility at all levels of management and Executive, influencing both the people and the wider business agenda.
- Experience of developing and supporting culture change programmes.
- Ability to demonstrate a resilient and pragmatic approach to partnering the business - not afraid to take calculated risks whilst balancing our need to be robust and diligent to ensure we keep our company safe.
- CIPD Qualification - Desirable
