As an Apprentice Business Administrator at SUEZ, Recycling and Recovery UK, you’ll support the business in several areas, including customer services and mobilisation. You will also perform general administration duties.

**About the role**:

- Monday - Friday 08:30 to 16:30
- Working at Higher Swan Lane - Bolton
- £10.90 per hour Level 3 Apprenticeship for Business Administration with NLTG - North Lancashire Training Group - 18 months Fixed Term

**What will I be doing?**
- Large volumes of data inputting, approximately 80% of the time of your working day, in a fast paced environment.
- Ensuring data is accurate by carrying out regular checks.
- Working towards very tight deadlines like month end.
- Using SUEZ in-house database and systems.
- Updating and creating spreadsheets.
- Running reports.
- Chasing third parties for data.
- Reconciling data between SUEZ system and third parties data.
- General administrative duties.
- Dealing with the post.
- Attending regular team meetings.

**What are the requirements/qualifications?**
- Ideally the job holder will have some previous administration experience and must be computer literate; able to use databases and Microsoft Office to at least an intermediate level
- Must have - GCSE Maths and English Language at Grade C or above.
- Excellent communication and listening skills
- They will be required to complete tasks to deadlines in a busy environment and have excellent organisational skills.
- Some experience of problem solving and dealing with internal and external customers helpfully and courteously would also be advantageous.
- Work well as part of a team but can also work on their own using their own initiative
