Allie Home Estate & Lettings Agency is a luxury real estate agency located in Canary Wharf, London, currently looking to expand our small, dedicated team. We are seeking a motivated Real Estate Marketing Assistant to join our dynamic team. This is an on-site position, perfect for someone with marketing experience in the property field.

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist in developing and implementing marketing strategies
- Manage online listings, social media platforms, and websites
- Prepare promotional materials and presentations
- Coordinate all marketing initiatives
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis
- Provide administrative support to the team as necessary

**Requirements**:

- Experience in UK real estate marketing
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in marketing and design tools
- Proficiency in video and photo editing
- Strong understanding of current real estate trends and market conditions
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
