Viridis Real Estate invests in real estate projects whose value can be increased considerably through major redevelopment initiatives, in established locations, such as London, and along with emerging European cities in Austria, Germany, Portugal and Spain. As a Systems and Information Technology Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the technical infrastructure and information systems within our organisation. You will ensure the smooth operation, security, and efficiency of all technology systems and services. This role requires strong leadership skills, technical expertise, and the ability to align IT strategies with business goals. Responsibilities: Infrastructure Management:

  • Manage and maintain the organisation's IT infrastructure, including networks, servers, hardware, and software systems.
  • Monitor system performance and implement optimizations to ensure reliability and scalability.
  • Plan and execute infrastructure upgrades and migrations as necessary.
Information Systems:
  • Oversee the implementation, configuration, and maintenance of enterprise-wide information systems, such as ERP, CRM, and database management systems.
  • Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance with regulatory requirements (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA).
Security and Compliance:
  • Develop and enforce IT security policies, procedures, and best practices to protect against cyber threats and data breaches.
  • Conduct regular security audits and risk assessments to identify vulnerabilities and implement appropriate safeguards.
Strategic Planning:
  • Collaborate with senior management to develop IT strategies aligned with business objectives.
  • Evaluate emerging technologies and trends to recommend innovative solutions that drive efficiency and competitive advantage.
Vendor Management:
  • Evaluate and negotiate contracts with third-party vendors and service providers.
  • Monitor vendor performance and ensure compliance with service level agreements (SLAs).
User Support and Training:
  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to end-users.
  • Develop and deliver training programs to educate employees on IT policies, procedures, and best practices.
Profile:
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field (Master's degree preferred).
  • Proven experience in IT management, with a minimum of 5 years in a leadership role.
  • Strong knowledge of network administration, systems integration, and cloud computing technologies.
  • Familiarity with IT security protocols, risk management frameworks, and regulatory compliance standards.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on continuous improvement and innovation.
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., CISSP, CCNA, PMP) are a plus
