PMO Administrator

**MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Support UK SAR PMO Manager by providing administrative support for UK SAR programme and project activities
- Providing general administrative support to UK SAR HQ team
- Minute taking during UK SAR meetings as required
- Ordering of office supplies and consumable items
- Booking travel for UK SAR HQ Management Team
- Collating data for UK SAR quarterly Contract Management Board meetings and monthly KPI reporting
- Administration of UK SAR Immersion Suit Rental
- Administrative assistance for iSAR Kit Module
- Assisting with the maintenance of the UK SAR Business Risk Register, Issue Log, Dependencies Log and Change Control Log
- Administrative assistance for UK SAR Asset Register
- Preparation, maintenance, and management of document archives to satisfy Client audit requirements
- Assist UK SAR PMO Manager in administration and management of sub-contracted services
- Other tasks as designated by the UK SAR PMO Manager in support of the UK SAR Programme
**KEY REQUIREMENTS**
- HNC in Business or Administration and Information Technology or suitable experience gained in a similar role
- Previous experience in an administrative role (Desirable)
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of Microsoft office software to at least intermediate level
- Confidentiality
- Ability to work on own initiative
- Ability to prioritise
- Attention to detail
- Interest in Aviation
