The key duties and responsibilities of the Project Coordinator are:
– Managing the project accounts, raising purchase orders, making sure suppliers are paid on time and dealing with external supplier queries.
– Coordinating and preparing all project meetings, making sure these are scheduled, attended and minutes are recorded to a high quality.
– Supporting the project team meet milestones and deadlines.
– Coordinating all project reporting, making sure reports are produced on time and to a high-quality standard.
– Assisting the project team with the project specific administration duties.
The role will also involve managing project finances, therefore experience in this topic is beneficial.
– Proficient use of different software with the ability to become competent with using new systems.
– Due to travel requirements between sites a full driving licence is also required.
