Salary**:£45-55,000 per annum
**Location**:Bicester, Oxfordshire (Hybrid, 3 days in the office, 2 days from home)

Reed HR are proud to partner with a long-standing client, as they seek to bring on board an experienced People Manager to join them on a permanent basis. With a workforce of c.200, reporting to the CFO, you will work closely with the Senior Leadership Team,and cover the full generalist HR remit, supported by the HR Administrator.

- As the People Manager you will lead the people programme including the management of employee relations, recruitment, talent management, succession planning, reward and recognition, employee welfare and training.
- You'll implement effective policies and procedures, ensuring compliance.
- Support managers with ER issues, monitoring caseloads, advising on disciplinaries, absence management, employee development, engagement and performance management.
- Ensuring compliance with GDPR requirements, ensuring employee data is kept securely within guidelines
- Ensuring HR provides an effective in-house recruitment service, coordinating the end to end process so authorised vacancies are filled in a cost-effective and timely manner in line with business requirements.
- Taking ownership of the training and development offering within the organisation
- Line management of the HR Administrator
- Develop strategies to measure and improve engagement to promote a positive workplace environment, including recognition, wellness and other activities

To be considered, you will have a HR Generalist background, and have experience in owning and managing the HR function within an SME environment, ideally. You will have significant HR experience and will ideally be qualified to a minimum of CIPD Level 5.

If you have a manufacturing background, this would be highly advantageous, due to the industry our client works within.
