**Job Title**: Painter and Decorator

**Location**: Royal Oldham Hospital

**Shift Pattern**: 37.5 Hours per week (Monday - Friday 8am - 4pm)

**Pay**: £12.25 per hour

The Royal Oldham hospital is located close to the town centre and is easily accessible via both car and public transport. There is on-site parking (fees will apply). It has an onsite cafe and restaurant where staff are eligible for a discount. The hospital also has on site shops.

**What you’ll be responsible for**:

- Using the database/ CAFM system.
- Formal qualification in Painting and Decorating
- Formal qualification in Building repairs
- Cleaning of air intake filters
- General PPM duties such as cleaning workshop areas/plant rooms
- The role will involve, but not be limited to you performing the above._

**You’ll have the following skills/experience**:

- Experience of wall washing desirable but not essential
- Previous experience of working in a healthcare environment
- Ability to use a PDA device, tablet and mobile phone
- Full clean UK Driving License
- Be able to use step ladders, extension ladders and scaffolds (if achieved formal qualification - PASMA)
