We are a refurbishment, maintenance and painting contractor based in Oldham. We are looking to recruit an experienced painter & decorator to join our team on refurbishment projects and repair and maintenance contracts. The position is for an immediate start.
- Minimum City & Guilds Craft Certificate or NVQ 2 with at least 5 years site experience.
- Own tools.
- Be able to work to the highest standards and have attention to detail.
- Be reliable, polite, friendly and able to work as part of a close knit team.
- Have good time management skills and be able to work on own initiative.
- Have a good knowledge of Health and Safety in the construction industry.
- Have an enthusiastic, can do attitude.
- Hold a current CSCS card or be willing to acquire one.
- Hold a full UK valid driving licence.
- Although not essential, having the knowledge and skills to undertake other trades i.e. plastering, tiling etc. would be preferable.

The position is permanent, full time Monday to Friday with occasional weekends and overtime and includes:
Company van.

Company pension scheme.

20 days holiday plus bank holidays.
