**OVERALL SUMMARY**

Join Close Brothers Premium Finance Team where you will manage customer accounts that fall into arrears; effectively and efficiently collecting on these accounts to ensure the business performs within the set limits and budgets.

The role is a high-level customer service driven role. To be successful, you must be a self-motivated individual who has excellent planning and organisational skills. You need to be a good communicator with strong influencing and negotiation skills.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- To manage, review and collect on an allocated portfolio of Commercial debt
- To contact customers where payment is overdue and establish appropriate repayment plans
- To monitor repayments and credit searches to pro-actively identify any issues arising
- To work closely with CBPF Sales Managers to advise on any problem accounts
- To liaise with brokers and solicitors on more complex account workouts

**WE WOULD LOVE TO HEAR FROM YOU IF YOU HAVE**:

- Excellent customer service skills
- experience in a customer focused environment
- Strong oral and written communication

**IT IS NOT ESSENTIAL BUT IT WOULD BE GREAT IF YOU HAVE**:

- experience in a collections or underwriting position
- experience in the insurance or financial services industry
- Knowledge of regulations relating to Compliance, Data Protection, Anti Money Laundering, Consumer Credit Directive and Consumer Credit Act
