**About the Role**

We are recruiting for a Senior Claims Handler to join our small but dynamic office. This is a customer facing role which requires excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to liaise with customers, loss adjusters, suppliers and our regional claims team to achieve the best result for our customers and our business.

As the dedicated claims handler within our vibrant team, you’ll play a key role in the success of a local business. You will be working independently within our agency with a delegated authority to handle property claims from first notification through to settlement.

**Benefits**

Our office hours are Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm. The holiday allowance is 25 days, plus bank holidays and you will also receive an additional days holiday to be taken on your birthday. Following probation, you will receive Bupa health cash plan benefits.

You will have a minimum of 5 GCSE's at Grade C or above including English Language and Mathematics.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time
Part-time hours: 21-35 per week

**Salary**: £30,000.00-£40,000.00 per year

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Bishop'S Stortford: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Claims Handling: 1 year (preferred)
