We are looking for an experienced Medical Receptionist to join our friendly team

You will be expected to be able to work on a flexible basis to provide sickness and holiday cover as required.

Your role will be to:

- answer telephone calls and help patients access the appropriate service or healthcare professional
- deal with patient queries
- other general reception/administrative duties to assist in the smooth running of the practice

The successful applicant will have excellent customer service skills and be able to project a positive and friendly image to patients and other visitors to the practice both in person and over the telephone. A strong work ethic, attention to detail and good computer skills are also essential. Experience of working in a GP practice with EMIS Web/Docman is preferred.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £11.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 - 25 per week
