**Role Duties**:

- Develop positive internal and external relationships
- Deliver excellent customer service outcomes through completion of processes
- Provide information, reports and guidance on request
- Timely identification, investigation and resolution of all issues whilst liaising with other areas of our business and 3rd party providers
- Efficient and high-quality vetting of documentation received into the team
- Timely and accurate production and maintenance of records
