This distinctive opportunity will enable you to support the business and management team with a range of Accounts and Creditors Reports. Providing you with plenty of opportunity to put your know-how into practice.

**What will you be doing?**:

- Matching of invoices to purchase order receipts. Raising queries where necessary with the originator and or supplier.
- Inputting matched purchase invoices to the finance system (SAGE X3).
- Liaising with the purchasing function to maintain the integrity of the payable’s ledger.
- Checking and processing employee expenses for payment.
- Checking and post expense returns for payment.
- Ensuring that all costs are correctly recorded and accounted for, and that correct internal procedures are followed.
- Contributing to the Cashflow Forecasting process, providing data for Supplier, Associate, Expense and Direct Debit amounts due for payment.
- Processing and submitting weekly payment runs.

**What we’re looking for**:

- A minimum of 2 Years’ experience in a similar role.
- Demonstrates resilience to pressure and the challenge this brings while adapting to critical work demands with flexibility.
- Proactive desire to self-develop in skills relevant to the requirements of the role and wider business.
- Good written and oral communication skills.
- Strong, literacy, numeracy, administration, and organisational skills.
- Fully competent in Microsoft Office Productions particularly, Excel and Outlook.
- AAT Full / Part Qualified is desirable.
- Experience with using SAGE X3 or similar accounting software is desirable.
