Shift Pattern: 4 on 4 off rotating days and nights (0600-1800 / 1800-0600)

**Salary**: Up to £24,000 Per Annum

We are currently seeking a Warehouse Administrator to join our Warehouse team at our Lillyhall site. As Warehouse Administrator you will be working in collaboration with Admin Team Leader and site management. The role is responsible for the day to day administration and support of the site.

**Job responsibilities of Warehouse Administrator include**:

- To support in the management of the workforce ensuring all employees are engaged on activity to ensure full labour capability.
- Ensure records are correctly completed and maintained in accordance to the procedure
- Support and manage all aspects of depot performance to achieve or surpass expectations and KPI's.
- Promote company Health & Safety and employment policies within the warehouse operation.
- Collaboratively work with and take ownership for site along with the management team to ensure audit KPI’s are met
- Ensuring all personnel files are up to date incorporating right to work validation, personal details, completed training.
- Ensuring all deliveries are logged
- Raising POs
- Access to relevant paper and electronic medium references required to develop audit programmes, confirm compliance, and for continuous improvement of the management systems.

**Qualifications**
As Warehouse Administrator you will possess the following skill, experiences and qualifications:

- Knowledge of SAP, Excel, Word, Outlook
- Good communication skills
- Self Motivation
- Good Time management
- Being Flexible
