Due to expansion, CBTax are seeking a Talent Acquisition Recruiter to join our team to support the firm's continued growth across the UK. Our team is the backbone of our success, and as a Talent Acquisition Recruiter you’ll play a pivotal role in our talent acquisition strategy. Working closely with Senior HR and Operations stakeholders, you’ll identify the next generation of talent that CBTax should be employing. Your focus will be on identifying the talent we need for our future business, building relationships and representing and promoting CBTax as an employer of choice.

**Key Responsibilities**

**Required Experience**
- No formal qualifications are required
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years experience in talent acquisition, preferably within Professional Services related industries.
- Strong sourcing abilities using LinkedIn and other tools.

- Passion for diversity and inclusion.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems
