**The purpose of the role**

**Enjoy responsibility in the following areas**
- Briefing campaigns into our in-house design team
- Working closely with merchandisers to ensure the correct products are promoted to customers.
- Creating dynamic content using our personalisation platform Fresh Relevance
- Producing weekly CRM reports using Excel and Google Analytics and review engagement and commercial goals
- Reporting into the Head of CRM

- Data-driven
- Has a commercial sense and sensibility
- Comfortable learning and using new digital platforms
- Enjoys working in a fast-paced environment
- A degree in marketing or business is desired
