Due to continued growth and business expansion, 24x7 ltd are looking for a Recruitment Administrator to join a forward-thinking, dynamic, and highly established team. We are looking for a committed, reliable, warm, friendly individual who is passionate and caring, but determined

This is a highly rewarding role within a home-to-school transportation company that has been providing Home to School Transport since 2001. Mainly transporting young children with special educational needs from home to school working directly with Oxfordshire County Council

We also recruit Passenger Assistants and Drivers and this role could be combined with doing one of those roles

**Job Role**
- Acting as the initial point of contact for new starters answering basic queries and escalating matters as necessary
- Flexible working hours / work from home
- Support new starters through the process of acquiring all the necessary licences to either Passenger assist or drive on home to school contracts
- Analysing and inputting data from a wide range of sources
- Processing paperwork for new starters, including DBS, right to work, Private Hire Licences and reference checks
- Ensuring that all information recorded on the system is accurate and up-to-date, as well as being kept in line with information governance guidelines
- Assisting the team with a number of general administrative tasks as required
- Efficiently managing your own workload to enable the on going speedy recruitment of new starters
- Assist with the the recruitment selection process
- Prepare induction packs for New Starters
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Demonstrable Administration experience
- High level of accuracy with excellent attention to detail
- Able to work to deadlines and prioritise tasks
- Able to work on own initiative
- Discreet and able to maintain high levels of confidentiality
