**Job Purpose & Context**

This role is a key part of the P2i Global Customer Delivery team and involves coordinating and reporting on customer project management activities, and supporting the development and implementation of project processes.

The Project Coordinator will drive timely and cost-effective project delivery to achieve company strategic objectives, from innovation through to business as usual.

The role can be hybrid or office-based.

**Main Responsibilities**

The main aspects of the role include, but are not limited to:

- Supporting Project Managers in coordinating the organisation and delivery of projects;
- To budget, on time and to specified quality standards.
- In collaboration with teams within departments to deliver successful projects that will feed into the company programme portfolio.
- Supporting the development, maintenance and continuous improvement of project and business process documentation within the Customer Delivery team.
- Administration and utilisation of the Project Management Software to plan, maintain and report on projects.

**Key Relationships and Interfaces**

This role will interact with internal and external stakeholders at all levels including:

- Colleagues within the Customer Delivery team - including Project Managers, Technical Engagement Managers & Director of Customer Delivery.
- Account Managers & Sales/Commercial.
- Product Integration, Innovation & Engineering.

**Skills, Behaviours & Experience**

Essential:

- Educated to A-Level standard (Degree standard desirable).
- Fully conversant with Microsoft Office Suite.

- Strong organisation skills and efficiency.
- Able to deliver under pressure and demonstrate resilience.
- Flexible, adaptive, and collaborative attitude.

- Project management training/experience.
- Technical/Scientific background.
