We are looking for a Complaints Officer to join our team to ensure CIMSPA meets the need of the sector by prioritising good governance and risk management across the business. Often reacting with pace to ensure we are agile, safe and fit for purpose. They will oversee all complaint handling and also manage our board and committee members, so you will be able to gain a vast amount of experience and exposure within this new role.

You will be an ambassador of exemplar governance supporting other departments to implement standardised approaches when investigating external complaints. You will be a natural people person and be able to communicate effectively with a variety of internal and external stakeholders.

Within this role you will help us manage complaints through effective complaint handling and have the confidence to present back your findings.**Salary**: £24,996.00-£27,314.00 per year
