The successful applicant does not need call centre or insurance experience as full training for the role will be provided. The main part of the job involves in contacting existing customers who have an insurance requirement and going through feedback questionnaire by providing excellent customer service about recent insurance work that has been carried out. The successful applicant will need to have an excellent telephone manner and a personality which gives customers confidence in their ability to help them find the best solution for their needs.

- Serve as the first point of contact to potential customers. Accurately representing the company

- Must be comfortable speaking on the phone with confidence and ease
