Payroll & Pension Administrator

**Payroll Administrator | Nottingham | up to £21k**We are currently working with a well established business based close to the City Centre of Nottingham, who are recruiting for a** Payroll Administrator** to work within their **Payroll & Pension Department**.This is a great opportunityfor someone to widen and utilise their experience, but also have the benefit of working flexible hours.Working within a thriving and busy team environment, you will be responsible for providing payroll and pension support.
**Responsibilities**:
Organising starters and leavers, as well as making the necessary amendments in order to process the **payroll** correctly
Checking **payroll** has been entered onto the system correctly
Entering **tax** documentation onto the system such as P45s P6s and statutory deductions
Dealing with any queries and enquiries on a daily basis
Distributing payslips and P45s accordingly
Chasing and entering bank detail information, along with dealing with amendments to employee records
Uploading and calculating **pension** information
Accurately processing the **payroll** to ensure that deadlines are met
Carrying out additional duties as and when required
Previous experience working within a **payroll** or **pensions** department
IT literate with strong knowledge of Excel
Ability to prioritise work and meet deadlines
Good communication skills
Team player
Experience of working within a fast paced environment
