**Job Description** Apprentice Sales Negotiator**

**Basic: £16,000**

**Working pattern - 5 days a week, either 8am-4.30pm or 9.30-6pm (alternative weeks)**

We are looking for our next **Apprentice Sales Negotiator **working within our busy Contact Centre in **Houghton Regis**.

If you are looking to build a career in Sales and grow with a successful team, this could be the opportunity for you. Working across our Operations team you will initially develop your customer service and sales skills within the Operations team. You will be eager to learn and be mentored in your role, along with working towards a Level 3 Customer Service Specialist qualification.

Based in our offices in Houghton Regis, you’ll work within a supportive and energetic team, where you will thrive within a call centre environment.

**Key Purpose of the role**
- Act as a ‘first point of contact’ in responding to enquiries from staff
- Aim to deliver excellent customer service at all times to both customers and our branch network
- Liaising with branch network to determine outcomes of all market appraisals booked
- Deliver exceptional performance results at all times by aiming to exceed your targets
- Ensure department and company objectives are met / exceeded
- Ensure all enquiries are responded to within the company service level agreements.
- Ensure professional customer service is provided to both internal and external customers.
- Understand and comply with all company and department policies
- Undertake other duties as required

- Drive and ambition to be successful and achieve targets set, with a willingness to develop in your role from Apprentice to Sales Negotiator
- Demonstrate excellent communication skills both written and verbal dealing confidently with clients, develop and maintain internal/external professional relationships

- Proactive approach to learning with tenacity to get things done and aim high
