Are you a motivated and ambitious individual looking to launch your career in the exciting world of estate agency? We're seeking a highly skilled Trainee Estate Agent to join our dynamic team at King & Chasemore, a leading estate agency with a rich heritage dating back to 1840.

About the Role

As a Trainee Estate Agent, you will be responsible for generating and booking valuations, conducting property viewings, negotiating offers, and progressing sales through to exchange and completion. You will also have the opportunity to optimize every appointment for our Mortgage Advisor, ensuring seamless customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Generate and book valuations to drive sales growth
  • Conduct property viewings to showcase properties to potential buyers
  • Negotiate offers to secure the best possible price for our clients
  • Progress sales through to exchange and completion, ensuring a smooth transaction process
  • Optimize every appointment for our Mortgage Advisor to enhance customer service
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Preferably an experienced sales person with a proven track record of success
  • Able to generate new business in a target-driven environment
  • Outstanding customer care and customer service experience
  • Resilient, positive, organized, numerate, and detail-oriented
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • IT literate, with proficiency in MS Office, internet, and email systems
  • A Full UK driving license and access to your own vehicle
