CMA HR Division is currently working with a large international manufacturing firm based in Wimborne, Dorset, who have the requirement to recruit an experienced Payroll and Benefits Manager to join their HR Team on a temporary basis.

**What will Payroll & Benefits Manager role involve?**
- Completion of multiple payrolls, primarily for salaried staff members;
- Submission of statutory returns including holiday and SAP;
- Regular contact with internal stakeholders to resolve any queries;
- Liaison with external payroll bureaus for two small payrolls;
- Supervision of one Payroll Assistant;
- Ad hoc payroll related tasks where required.
- Previous experience working in a similar Payroll Manager position is essential;
- Experience in dealing with employee related benefits - administration of schemes - desirable;
- Experience working on multiple payrolls in an international environment is highly beneficial.
