We are looking for an Assessment Materials Officer to work within the Qualifications Development directorate in our Digital Assessment Services: Assessment Materials team.
- Control and monitor the allocation of resources within a specific area of an operational function ensuring compliance with policy and aligned to the overall business area’s operational plan
- Establish and maintain relationships with key internal and external stakeholders to ensure service delivery
- Manage the planning, implementation, monitoring and control of processes and procedures across a number of projects, deliver an efficient and effective service while identifying and if necessary, escalating all operational, financial and reputational risks

Additionally you must be able to demonstrate the following skills and experience:

- Be an effective written and verbal communicator, able to analyse and interpret a range of information of varying complexity
- Highly proficient in the use of Microsoft Office package with advanced skills in Excel, Outlook and Word
- Proofreading experience and good eye for detail
- Strong planning and organisational skills, project management experience
- Line management experience

Applicants, as a minimum, should be educated to SCQF Level 6 (SVQ3/Higher) and/or be able to demonstrate direct relevant experience for this role.
