Ungraded Operative

North Scarle Egg Packing Centre is looking to recruit Ungraded Operatives to join our Warehouse Team. The Ungraded Operative role is a key role that supports the packing centre to unload and process incoming product to provide to our production team.

Shift Pattern:
Week 1: Monday, Tuesday, Friday 06:00-17:30
Week 2: Saturday, Sunday 06:00-17:30, Wednesday, Thursday 06:00-17:30

What are we looking for in our next Ungraded Operative?
Experience isn’t essential to us. We are confident that our training will provide you with all you need to start your new ‘egg-citing’ career. All you need is:
- To be reliable
- Excellent attention to detail
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to prioritise within a team
- Basic level of English language

What does the role entail?
- Follow the company Health & Safety guidelines
- Work with the Ungraded Manager and other operatives to ensure that product is received correctly and is ready for receipt by production, when required
- Ensure product is loaded with the correct paperwork and the correct procedures are followed in that process
- Ensure pre start checks are complete, up-to-date, and accurate
- Stock control. The jobholder may be required to count, record and report stock levels
- Be mindful of product quality, integrity and traceability. Ensure work is completed to a high-standard, and all necessary documentation is completed. Report any concerns to the relevant line manager
- The site is committed to being “audit-ready” at all times. Therefore it is imperative that site hygiene, health & safety, and document control are all in line with customer specifications at all times
- Maintain a respectful and constructive working relationship with colleagues and managers

You will receive £200 paid on completion of 12 weeks service (Subject to T&Cs) AND we have immediate starts available.

**Salary**: £10.00 per hour
