Ungraded Operative

**Our Client is looking to recruit Ungraded Operatives to join their Warehouse Team. The Ungraded Operative role is a key role that supports the packing centre to unload and process incoming product to provide to their production team**

**What does the role entail?**
- Follow the company Health & Safety guidelines
- Work with the Ungraded Manager and other operatives to ensure that product is received correctly and is ready for receipt by production, when required
- Ensure product is loaded with the correct paperwork and the correct procedures are followed in that process
- Ensure pre start checks are complete, up-to-date, and accurate
- Stock control. The jobholder may be required to count, record and report stock levels
- Be mindful of product quality, integrity and traceability. Ensure work is completed to a high-standard, and all necessary documentation is completed. Report any concerns to the relevant line manager

**Shift Pattern**:
Week 1: Monday, Tuesday, Friday 19:00-05:30

Week 2: Saturday, Sunday 19:00-05:30, Wednesday, Thursday 19:00-05:30

**Once you have successful completed your 12 week probation you will receive a one-off additional payment.
