Internal Sales Administrator

**Total Filtration, part of The Westbury Group** are looking to expand our successful team and have a vacancy for a Sales Administrator, based in our office at Burnley.
Reporting to the Technical Sales Manager, you will be working in a busy, fast-moving sales administration department, responsible for processing sales orders between our two sites based in
Burnley and Cardiff
As a sales administrator you will need to have the following:
- A desire to learn and succeed
- A passion for great customer service
**Principal objectives**
- Provide our customers with a knowledgeable, friendly service responding to quote requests within agreed SLA’s
- Processing sales orders and acknowledgements within agreed SLA’s
- Optimizing sales and profit margins
- Providing technical / product advise to customers and stakeholders
- Providing admin support to the Technical Sales Manager
**Key Responsibilities**
- Build effective relationships with customers to understand their requirements and ensuring that the correct products are supplied
- Use initiative to identify sales opportunities and offer advice and solutions to our customers
- Liaise with suppliers to source the correct products for our customers
- Ensure company policies are adhered to
- Perform other duties deemed necessary or required by the company
- Support colleagues and work as a team

**Desirable Skills**
- Experience in engineering or filtration products

**Hours**
Full time Monday - Friday 08:30am - 5:00pm
**Salary**: £15,961.69-£23,531.53 per year
