We are currently recruiting for Employment Advisors who will provide intensive and personalised support to job seekers who have physical or mental disabilities which could be affecting their chances in securing employment.
You will provide support to each customer over a 15-month period. Following an in-depth initial diagnostic, you will match each customers’ skills (or lack of) to training, volunteering and work opportunities helping to increase their skills, confidence, andself-worth. You will support each customer throughout their journey, you will consult with partners including Community Mental Health teams and your goal will be to support your customers transition in to employment.
We are eager to speak to applicants who currently work with job seekers, and we are also open to those with transferable skills for example providing advice and guidance to customers seeking to gain new skills/abilities to increase their confidences and personalskillset.
Due to the nature of this role, you will be required to complete an online Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check.
