Our client based in Kettering is looking to recruit an Account Manager on a full time permanent basis to be responsible for identifying and developing new sales opportunities to generate recurring revenue. as well as providing solution and product sales.You will also build and maintain positive ongoing relationships with potential customers to maximise sales and ensure customer satisfaction is achieved at all times.

You will represent the company as you work with new clients to make sure they fully realise the value of the company's portfolio.

**Key tasks & responsibilities**
- Attend all sales and technology training sessions as organised by the company and third parties.
- Research and strategically plan an approach to potential customers helping to shape and build new business.
- Work towards your KPI's through developing your market understanding, building relationships and networking.
- Achieve monthly and yearly targets as set out by the organisation.
- Provide effective account management to support your customers technology strategy, implementation, and future requirements.
- Sell and promote the businesses full portfolio and services.
- Collaborate with the wider sales team, cross-functional teams, and external partners to help develop a rich customer experience.
- Undertake any other ad hoc duties as required, which are deemed necessary to assist with the needs of the company.

**Skills & Experience**
- Previous experience in a new business/cold calling environment.
- Capable of managing own time and workload.
- Have a passion for sales and be driven to learn and develop your skill set.
- Demonstrate a keen entrepreneurial flare and the desire to build your own client base from scratch.
