About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized National Account Manager to join our team at ACS Staffing Solutions. As a National Account Manager, you will be responsible for building and maintaining key account relationships, identifying opportunities to expand and grow existing key accounts, and finding and developing new business opportunities with targeted customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Proactively book and attend daily appointments leading to successful negotiations and secured future business.
  • Generate new business opportunities and convert them into long-term key accounts.
  • Achieve sales targets set and provide reports to track productivity and performance.
  • Act as a liaison between the company and its key accounts, handling any queries that may arise to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
  • Educate customers on new products and services to maximize their use of what the company offers.
  • Attend a monthly sales meeting to update the Director on progress made and plan for the month ahead.
Additional Responsibilities
  • Manage major projects over £100K, follow up all projects in a timely manner, effectively project manage these to secure an order.
  • Deliver CPD presentations to our target audience.
  • Complete any face-to-face specification appointments and produce the written specification as per the client's requirements.
About You

We are looking for a self-motivated and organized individual with effective communication and negotiation skills who can build and maintain key account relationships. You will have strong administrative and organizational skills, be able to negotiate to achieve targets and secure long-term business, and have a flexible and positive hands-on approach.

You will also have excellent verbal and written communication skills, knowledge of the industry and market in which the company operates is desired, and be able to multi-task, have strong attention to detail, and be resilient and determined.

We offer a competitive salary up to £55k, car allowance, uncapped commission structure, generous pension scheme, 25 days annual leave, and Christmas shutdown.
