**Role Purpose**:
**Objectives and responsibilities of this Role**:
- As a member of Creative within the wider Marketing team, you’ll work to brief under guidance of the Department Head and Senior Designer(s).
- You will handle design and artwork from initial visuals to delivery, always maintaining an excellent eye for detail.
- You will use the Creative Cloud package to produce accurate artwork, often under pressure to tight deadlines.
- You will support the Senior Digital Creative in setting creative direction for the digital channel and maintain consistently high standards.
- You will follow creative direction, respond positively to feedback in the development process and supply accurate artwork ready files for all digital channels.
- You will support in the continuous development of brilliant brand guidelines and work within these parameters to produce on-brand response to brief(s).
- With an eye for design, composition, colour, layout and typography, you will have the ability to think independently and produce great artwork.
- You will contribute to campaign ideas, for our key occasions e.g. Mother’s Day, that excite our customers.
- You will demonstrate an excellent understanding of the design/artwork process and production techniques across digital channels. You will also be hungry to understand emerging technologies and eCommerce best practice.
- Working with our digital sales team you will support on digital asset creation, in line with specific customer requirements.
- You will be able to manage multiple projects simultaneously, planning your own workload (with support from the senior team) so briefs are delivered to time. You will support the wider department when required on all channels, maintaining a flexible approach.
- You’ll actively research competition and new ideas to help inform and inspire creative output.
**Skills and Qualifications**:
- Good standard of general education with a design proven background.
- Design qualification/relevant degree 2:1 or higher.
- It is beneficial to have skills within animation and video creation/editing.
- Some experience in the creative industry with an understanding of core functions. 6 month’s industry experience as a minimum.
- Good understanding of Creative Cloud and all relevant apps.
- HTML/CSS knowledge and a strong understanding of user experience design.
- Experience of wireframes, responsive web design, app design, user journeys/personas/stories, SEO and accessibility best practice is ideal.
- Experience of rapid prototyping tools e.g. Axure, Invision, Figma is desired.
- Proven experience of working within watches, fashion, accessories is important but not critical.
- CV and online creative portfolio demonstrating beautiful and captivating creative.
- Ability to work autonomously off brief and bring that brief to life beating expectations.
- Highly organised with the ability to work to tight deadlines and manage own workload effectively.
- Ability to work with brand guidelines.
- Excellent presentation, conceptual, planning, and organizational skills.
