**Role Purpose**:
As a Retoucher/Artworker at Time Products, you will help portray our watches beautifully across all types of assets and creative artwork. You will be responsible for photography retouching as well as supporting the wider creative team.

**Objectives and responsibilities of this Role**:

- As a member of Creative within the wider Marketing team, you’ll work to brief from our brand team and in house photographer, under guidance of the Department Head.
- You will carry out most of the retouching across predominantly stills and some video, which includes cutting out, batch resizing and saving and colour correction, as well as working through more advanced changes.
- You will work with our photographer to maintain standards and efficient processes within our own internal studio and when partnering with external teams.
- You will have ownership of the central sharepoint image library, keeping this resource accurate and easy to use for all departments of the business.
- You will have a good understanding of product photography and you will support the creative team in the production and post-production work on all product assets.
- You will use the Creative Cloud package to produce accurate artwork and photography/video assets, often under pressure to tight deadlines.
- You will follow creative direction and supply artwork ready files for print and digital channels across our three brands.
- You will be able to draw on external sources of inspiration to create watch assets that go beyond the ordinary.
- You will support in the development of brilliant brand guidelines and maintaining these.
- You will be able to manage multiple projects simultaneously, planning your own workload (with support from the senior team) so briefs are delivered to time. You will support the wider department when required on all channels, maintaining a flexible approach.
- Although this role isn’t conceptually creative, an eye for design, layout and typography is required and your input into new campaigns is welcomed.

**Skills and Qualifications**:

- Good standard of general education with a design proven background.
- Design qualification/relevant degree 2:1 or higher is desirable.
- Mid-level experience in the creative industry with an understanding of core functions. 5 year’s industry experience as a minimum.
- Excellent understanding of Creative Cloud and all relevant apps.
- Proven experience of working within watches, fashion, accessories is important but not critical.
- CV and creative portfolio demonstrating retouching and artwork ability.
- Highly organised with the ability to work to tight deadlines and manage own workload effectively.
- Ability to work with brand guidelines.
- Excellent presentation, conceptual, planning and organizational skills.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £30,000.00 per year
