This is a three month temporary assignment, with the possibility of being extended.Working full-time, this position is office based, Monday to Friday, 9.00am to 5.00pm

Reporting to the Complaints Team Manager, the role supports the Complaints Department, in particular the administration involved in the Complaint Handling process and subsequent reporting.

**_Specific responsibilities will include:_**
- Responsible for acknowledgement of all complaint queries within 24 hours
- Responsible for sending signposting letters to open complaint customers
- Responsible for sending signposting 8 week letters to open complaint customers
- Responsible for sending Trust Pilot link to all complaint customers that have had a complaint resolved
- Responsible for monitoring the refunds outstanding with Complaints
- Responsible for monitoring the refunds outstanding with Finance, that relate to Complaints
- Responsible for monitoring the credit adjustments outstanding with Finance, that relate to Complaints
- Daily reporting and sharing update of complaints position
- Weekly reporting on Complaints tasks out with the business
